• Monthly food distribution (Second Saturday of each month)
• Intake and eligibility review
• Referrals to housing, employment, and wellness partners
• Ongoing relationship-based support
Housing & Transportation Connections
Referrals and coordination with trusted housing and transitional partners to support stability and follow-up care.
Employment Readiness & Digital Skills
Job readiness workshops, resume assistance, and referrals to workforce partners.
Wellness & Life Skills Education
Educational (non-therapeutic) workshops focused on life navigation, stress management, and family support.
Community Engagement
Resource fairs, youth activities, and family-centered programming rooted in presence and trust.
